The Community Reward Fund

Our circular economy engine — a dual-system model that funds both Hub operations and student wages through community participation.

Two Systems. One Mission.

The Community Reward Fund operates through two distinct but interconnected models — both designed to keep every dollar circulating inside Logan County.

System 1 — Community Appreciation Deposits

Your Deposit Keeps Our Lights On

Community members deposit at tiered levels and receive Hub Credits worth more than their deposit. 100% of all deposits stay with the Laundromat and Car Wash to cover 100% of utility bills, chemicals, and machine maintenance. Deposits are not tips — they are community belief converted into operational fuel.

Gold

System 2 — Intern Service Revenue (The 60/40 Rule)

Our Interns Keep Your Community Growing

When a student intern performs a service, they earn 60% and the Hub retains 40% for operations. Every transaction builds real workforce experience and real wages.

Wash & Fold Service $1.50/lb → 60% to intern
Car Detailing $100/car → 60% to intern
Digital Marketing $500/client → 60% to intern

"Your deposit keeps our lights on. Our interns keep your community growing."
